ITS is born

I.T.S. srl Industria Tecnomeccanica Schio was founded in Schio in 1957 by the brothers Noris and Leonardo Zampieri, who began to build automatic fixed-shell lathes, immediately positioning themselves within the world market of machine tool manufacturers.
Over the years, I.T.S. has exported the lathes to Camme in 18 countries, also distinguishing itself for the flexible and fast customer service, thanks to the spare parts always available in stock.

Thanks to Noris’ sons, Stefano and Massimo, the company further evolved at a technological level with the CNC precision automatic lathe, characterised by fast tooling times and ease of learning, even for an unskilled staff.

Numerical control and DNC system

At the end of the 90s, the numerical control of the Tex Computer is installed in the I.T.S. lathes, with DNC system and Custom language, thus allowing the total elimination of the old cam machines.

Addition of Mitsubishi CN

Since 2010, in the face of increasingly demanding market demands, the Mitsubishi CN has also been included with ISO language that guarantees a high level of efficiency and an increase in productivity.

The ITS family expands

The ITS family expands

The grandchildren of Noris Zampieri, Riccardo and Vittoria, sons of Stefano, and Désirée, daughter of Massimo, enter the company, who, thanks to new ideas and a fresh and innovative approach, wish to lead the family business towards a promising future.

In 2020, ITS added the new CN Mitsubishi last top model of the M800-M80 series to be at the forefront.

The new TCN-32R and TCN-32RT lathe is born

The new TCN-32R and TCN-32RT lathe is born

The new TCN-32R and TCN-32RT lathe is born. These models are the result of decades of experience in the machine tool sector and knowledge of the latest generation technologies. All I.T.S. machines, from 2022 onwards, are built with the Mitsubishi CN.
